Brief Description: RCCS Ltd acted as Main Contractor & PSCS on works. The works involved the reconfiguration of existing traffic lanes along Breakwater Road South including the provision of a segregated lane for entry into the DFT terminal and the introduction of an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system. A separate lane had to be maintained to allow access to Port Operations at all times.
